About the Therapist
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I work with families and individual adults, children, and adolescents who suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other behavioral and interpersonal challenges. Much of my experience as a Therapist has been focused on helping families, children, and adolescents who have experienced adverse childhood experiences such as physical and sexual trauma, homelessness, divorce/separation, and the death of a loved one or caregiver. I am a trained Functional Family Therapist and a certified facilitator of co-parenting and parenting education and provide couples counseling. I incorporate evidenced-based therapeutic techniques that uniquely enhance the counseling experience to make therapy more enjoyable. I am dedicated to the helping profession and to those who want to improve their emotional well-being. Office hours are by appointment only. Weekend hours may be available on some occasions. At the initial appointment, I spend time getting to know my clients, including the reason they are seeking services. Every client will be asked to fill out an informed consent for services and a demographic information form. Please be prepared to provide your payment information at the initial appointment. Most initial appointments typically last between 50 minutes to an hour.
